The employees of East Tennessee Ambulatory Surgery Center (ETASC) are committed to identifying and responding to the healthcare needs of individuals in our region, and to assisting them in attaining their highest possible level of health.

Our goal is to maintain the highest standard of quality in the care of patients and their families. The center is dedicated to providing a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. We are interested in the opinions and concerns of our patients regarding ways we can improve our service to them.

Satisfaction surveys are given to all patients seen at ETASC to complete and return. These Patient Satisfaction Surveys are tabulated, addressed, and recorded monthly in the Overall Patient Satisfaction Ratings. The feedback is addressed and then used to identify opportunities for improvement and commendation for our staff.

• My 9 year old son had oral surgery, and the entire staff couldn’t have been any better to him. The facility is very clean and inviting. Thank you for everything!

• Great!! Pre-op was very professional and made me feel like I was one of the family members there, both pre-admit and morning of. Sherri helped both days with a comforting smile and tenderness. Chris, my IV man in pre-op with his wonderful caring person, always does everything possible to get it perfect. Amy in surgery was very kind, explaining everything as it happened. In post-op, Anne and Faye were smiling and checking everything thoroughly. They were asking me if I wanted something for pain, if I was warm enough, if I needed something to drink, if I felt rush (which I said no way). They helped me get dressed, out of the bed, into the wheelchair, to the car, and buckled me in. The day after, Tammy called me and was very professional, asking all the appropriate questions. God bless everyone of you for the great work you do. Your blessings will come when you least expect them. 110% improvement from the first time I was there 2 years ago. Thanks again.
